UK Shipping
Delivery can be to any UK mainland address as long as the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Orders for delivery outside the UK mainland
We will be happy to ship elsewhere. As costs vary significantly between different countries and mail services, please contact us for a Postage & Packaging quote before purchase.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, appropriate delivery charges will be displayed automatically (the contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered). You will always be able to see the total shipping charge before submitting your order.
Free UK delivery on Anquet Products
There is no P&P charge for Anquet products delivered within the UK mainland (the price you see on the product page is the total price you pay). Anquet products are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Recorded post. Royal Mail quotes a delivery time of 1 - 2 days for First Class delivery, your order will usually arrive the working day following dispatch, occasionally it may take longer.
Free UK delivery on specified items
Where Free UK Delivery is available it is clearly marked on the individual product page. To qualify for the Free Delivery, your order must be shipped to a delivery address within the UK. Orders placed using free delivery will be delivered 2-4 days later than First Class delivery. During checkout you may opt to pay for a faster delivery if required.

If your chosen product is in stock and payment for your order is approved prior to 3pm (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays), we'll dispatch your items the same day.

A signature is usually required so please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept and sign for the package.
Royal Mail
If there is no one to take delivery a card will be left giving instructions on how to collect the package from your local sorting office or re-arrange delivery.
Courier
If there is no one to take delivery a card will be left giving instructions on how to re-arrange delivery.
Not delivered
If a package is returned to us because it has not been collected or the courier has not been contacted we can only refund the value of the order less all packaging and delivery costs. Packages sent by courier will incur both an outward and return delivery charge.

If you have not received your item after a reasonable time has passed, please notify us. You are expected to allow a reasonable amount of time (dependent on location and shipping method used) for items to arrive, before considering them 'lost'. For example, Royal Mail will not consider an item 'lost' until 15 working days after the posting date.

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, but if you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 14 days, and in original, undamaged packaging. Due to copyright reasons once the security seal has been broken we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on CDs, DVDs or software products unless they are faulty.
If the item returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery charges
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
