How it works

Choose your Digital Map from a range of over 500, install on your PC, and start planning your route. Add further maps and they'll work seamlessly with your existing ones.

Create routes

Easily plot and annotate your waypoints and routes, with height profile, height gain, walking time and distance statistics readily available. View your route in 3D Virtual Landscape™ and really get a sense of the ground you'll be covering.

Print smart

The intelligent printing system will automatically print your route across multiple A4 sheets, and you can opt to include sheet overlaps and route notes.

Go anywhere

Transfer routes to your GPS enabled device, be it a Pocket PC, Microsoft enabled Smartphone, or standard GPS unit. Interactively navigate using Virtual GPS™, and track progress as you go using LiveTrack™.

Share routes

Join an ever growing community of Anquet Maps users and share your routes online.

Primary Map Type
The primary map included in this product is the OS 1:50,000 Landranger®, an example of which is shown below. OS Landranger® 1:50,000 mapping is designed to offer better value for general outdoor activities and faster moving pursuits such as road cycling and horse riding. It includes rights of way, viewpoints, national trail paths, and tourist information.

Operating System: Windows Vista, Windows XP Professional, Windows XP Home, Windows 2000
Memory: 512Mb minimum is required, 1Gb or more recommended
Video: A DirectX 9 compatible graphics card is required to run the Anquet Maps Virtual Landscape (3D)
Storage: A map of Great Britain at 1:50,000 scale requires ~3.5GB. A regional map at 1:50,000 scale requires ~600Mb.

Hardware: PocketPC or Smartphone
Operating System: Windows Mobile v5/v6 for Pocket PC; Microsoft Windows Mobile 2003, v5 or v6 for Smartphone
